Step 1: Choose your boat

Places to explore

These are just a few adventure spots only accessible by boat.
Egmont Key, right next to Passage Key Wild Life Refuge, has a unique natural and cultural history, including a lighthouse that has stood since 1858. During the 19th century, the island served as a camp for captured Seminoles at the end of the Third Seminole War and was later occupied by the Union Navy during the Civil War.
Jewfish Key sandbar is on the western side of the island and is huge. It’s a perfect place for relaxing with family and exploring for sea creatures. The edges of the bar offer fantastic swimming holes and the water is super clear and very comfortable.
The beach at Beer Can Island is absolutely beautiful. Manatees can often be seen in the clear, shallow waters around Beer Can Island. The sand is beautiful and baby-powder white, and most visitors agree that the beach at Beer Can Island is just as beautiful as all of the other nearby beaches, which are more famous, and are usually more crowded.

OUR CLIENTS

Doug Roskamp

We could not be happier with our boat rental experience. The price was great and the service was even better! We made some rookie boating mistakes along the way but Tony was always willing to talk us through it every time, even by Facetime. The boat worked great as it often felt like a dolphin magnet. We saw so many! Thanks Manatee Marine for making these Michigandar's vacation one to remember!

Jim Hamilton

This was my first time renting a boat in this area and from Tony, and I was very impressed with how well Tony runs his operations. I love how easy it was to book the rental online and get email confirmations. Tony was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and the boat was in great shape. Our family had a blast!

Dan Major

Rented a boat from Manatee Marine Rentals for 6 days and had an absolute blast touring the bay and beaching on Beer Can. My boys said they had more fun on the boat than at Disney, so much for that small fortune wasted. Tony was very accommodating and helped with any questions or issues that popped up. The price can’t be beat for a long term rental and the customer service is top notch.
